1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the sss7 platform ("Platform") available at sss7.asia, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines published on sss7.asia, as may be amended from time to time.
These Terms govern all services provided by sss7 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, slot machines, bingo, fishing arcade games, and sports betting. Your acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to using any service on the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms unconditionally, you must immediately cease all use of sss7.asia and close any existing account.
Access to and use of sss7 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. The Company reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not meet these requirements, without prior notice or explanation.
2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on sss7. This requirement reflects PAGCOR's minimum age mandate for online gambling in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by the Company. Any person who registers while under the age of 21, or who provides false age information, commits a serious violation of these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, the Company will permanently close the account, void all wagers placed, and return net deposited funds (less any winnings generated) after verification of identity. The Company shall not be liable for any underage gambling that occurs as a result of false information provided during registration.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
sss7 is operated for players resident in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a resident or lawfully present person within the Philippines and that online gambling is not prohibited under any laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of sss7 complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming services, you must create a single registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You may hold only one (1) account on sss7 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a prohibited activity subject to account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
sss7 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. The Company may at any time request that you provide a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license) along with proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance.
3 Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sss7 account credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you. You must notify sss7 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
The Company strongly recommends that you enable 2FA on your sss7 account and use a strong, unique password not used on any other service. The Company will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
You must not allow any third party — including family members and friends — to access or use your sss7 account. Each account is personal to the registered Player. Unauthorized third-party use of an account may result in suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
sss7 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippines-based payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, and Metrobank. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method, Player tier, and account verification status, and are displayed in the cashier section of your sss7 account after login.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Players at Gold VIP tier and above receive priority same-day processing. Withdrawal processing times are subject to the operating hours and processing speeds of the receiving payment provider and may be affected by banking holidays in the Philippines, including national holidays observed in Manila and other major Philippine cities. The Company shall not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
4.4 Source of Funds
By depositing funds into your sss7 account, you warrant that you are the lawful owner of those funds, that the funds originate from a legitimate source, and that no deposited funds are proceeds of illegal activity. The Company reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds due diligence on any account and to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by sss7 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all sss7 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are intended for use by one Player per household, per device, and per IP address. Abuse of promotional offers through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
- Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: live dealer games contribute at a lower rate than RNG slots. Exact contribution percentages are published on each promotion's terms page.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Modifications will apply to bonus balances not yet converted to real-money balance through wagering at the time of the change.
- Bonuses have a stated validity period. Any unmet wagering requirements or unused bonus balance at the end of the validity period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
- sss7 reserves the right to withhold bonus credits or void bonus-derived winnings from any account where the Company reasonably suspects promotional abuse, even where it cannot conclusively prove individual fraud.
6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games offered on sss7 — including live dealer tables, slot machines, RNG table games, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules available within each game's interface. By placing a wager on any sss7 game, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable game rules and accept them as binding.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on sss7 operate on certified software that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for RNG games are disclosed in each game's information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical actions (card dealing, dice rolling, wheel spinning) performed by a real human dealer on camera, not by software computation.
In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on sss7 servers, the server-side record shall be definitive and binding. Technical malfunctions, including game disconnections and display errors, do not automatically entitle a Player to a refund or a win payout. The Company will investigate such incidents on a case-by-case basis and its determination shall be final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sss7 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:
- Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating any person under 21 years of age to access your sss7 account or to place any wager.
- Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one sss7 account under any identity, whether genuine or fictitious.
- Fraud and identity theft: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
- Money laundering: Using sss7 as a vehicle to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity; conducting transactions for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling.
- Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage strategies, or abuse of multiple accounts or identities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in live game environments to gain an unfair advantage, including in live dealer tables, poker variants, or any multiplayer game format.
- Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any automated system to interact with sss7 games or the Platform in substitution for human gameplay.
- Chargebacks and unauthorized payment reversals: Initiating or threatening to initiate payment reversals after receiving services in good faith from the Company.
- Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any sss7 game or system to gain an undue advantage.
8 Responsible Gaming
sss7 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling among all Filipino players. The Company recognizes that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented a range of Player protection tools accessible directly from the account settings panel.
8.1 Available Player Protection Tools
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reduction of limits takes effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Loss limits: Players may impose maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Once a limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
- Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a gaming session has exceeded a set duration.
- Cooling-off periods: Players may impose a temporary suspension of their account, ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, during which login and wagering are disabled.
- Permanent self-exclusion: Players who wish to permanently cease gambling on sss7 may activate permanent self-exclusion. This action is irreversible and results in the permanent closure of the account with no possibility of re-registration.

9 Intellectual Property
All content on sss7.asia — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of the Company.
The sss7 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of any Company trademarks, whether in connection with competing services or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sss7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity; (c) unauthorized access to your account; (d) technical failures, interruptions, or errors in game software or live streams; or (e) any third-party conduct or content accessible through the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sss7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of displayed game results prior to server confirmation, or the fitness of any particular game or service for any particular purpose.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of sss7 to any single Player exceed the total net real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by sss7 is governed by the sss7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and the Company. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
sss7 complies with the requirements of the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations as issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by law or by the terms of the Company's operating framework.
12 Account Suspension & Termination
The Company reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (among others):
- Violation of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity;
- Failure to pass KYC verification or provide required documentation;
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
- Voluntary self-exclusion by the Player;
- Regulatory instruction from a competent authority;
- Any other reason the Company determines poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or its operating integrity.
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), the Company may forfeit all bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and any funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Real-money deposits not derived from prohibited activity will be returned to the Player after deduction of any amounts owed to the Company, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the cashier section. Players are notified by email before any such fee is applied.
13 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of sss7 — including disputes regarding game outcomes, transaction processing, bonus application, or account management — you must first contact sss7 customer support by email at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period (not less than 5 business days) for the Company to investigate and respond.
If the Player remains unsatisfied with the Company's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under whose framework sss7 operates. The Company will cooperate fully with any regulatory review process.
The Company's determination of game results, account activity, and transaction records shall be considered authoritative and conclusive in any dispute resolution process unless demonstrable technical error is established through server-side records. Players acknowledge that their own device logs, screenshots, and recordings are not determinative of game outcomes.
14 Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms.
Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of the Company to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
15 Amendments to These Terms
sss7 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on sss7.asia with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavor to provide advance notice via email to the registered address on file, or via a notice displayed upon login to the Platform.
Your continued use of sss7 after any amendment has been published or communicated to you constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the process described in Section 12.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to provide notice of amendments where the Player's registered email address is incorrect, inactive, or where the Player has disabled email communications.
